My associations with watercolor painting are: ‘ephemeral’, ‘delicate’, ‘sensual’. No wonder this technique makes me think female portrait. In fact, aquarelle and female portraits marry very well and this post attempts to prove it.
Nice work ladies, this defies words of expression.
Art as it should be – immediate communication with the observer. I was uplifted by many of the artworks. No trying to be clever, just great observation, great skills and mastery of materials.
